Work today, then Zumba with Cary, Carrie, and others.
Maybe meeting at church tomorrow -- could possibly be canceled (I hope it is, I could use the extra sleep), then make spinach artichoke dip and head out to Matt and Courtney's Chili + Hokies party.
Church sunday, then meeting after church for the acapella group, then company Chili Cookoff. Sunday night? Decorating for Christmas.
I'm not crazy, I don't promise you.
Is our chili party and your company's chili cookoff ALWAYS the same weekend? Or am I just remembering incorrectly...
ReplyDeleteWe already put up our first Christmas decoration. I ordered a wreath to put over the fireplace, and it was just sitting in a box in the LR. I figured we're not having any company over between now and the weekend after Thanksgiving, why not put it up now? So, I did, and I love it. I'll put everything else up after Tgiving.
ReplyDelete@ C - Yes, it's bizzarre. It's not like it's the same weekend every year, either. It's just whenever you decide to have your chili party, RTC decides it's a good idea to have a cookoff :-)
ReplyDelete@K - I actually didn't get around to putting up decorations yesterday. I actually just sat around and relaxed. It was amazing. I uploaded some videos to youtube, arranged some pictures, etc. I'll get around to decorating tonight. BUT, I'm sure your wreath is lovely and I never thought of putting one over the fireplace. Brilliant concept1
